Newbus Grange Country Park was originally the rose garden of Newbus Manor, which has been an iconic property in the village for hundreds of years.
It is situated in the picturesque village of Neasham next to the River Tees, on the border of North Yorkshire and County Durham.
Newbus Grange was acquired by the Maguire family in 2004. Since then the park has benefitted from serious investment, improving utilities, roads and landscaping, as well as a recently added childrens playground, with outdoor seating.
In common with their other 3 country parks, it is a very peaceful and secluded park bordered by the river and surrounded by miles of pretty countryside. The atmosphere at Newbus Grange is almost serene, when you walk through the beautiful grounds the only sound you hear are the birds singing...it truly is wonderful.
