The sales office is predominantly concerned with guests who own or who are looking to purchase their own holiday home, or move an existing holiday home to Newbus Grange from its present location.
Newbus Grange has recently been awarded a 4 star status and our park fees are extremely competitive for a park of this quality.
Our season runs from 1st March to 3rd January. Most of our Holiday Homes are centrally heated and double glazed for those who wish to enjoy our Park in the winter months.
Owning your own holiday home has many advantages. There's no need to plan ahead, just turn up and enjoy your Holiday Home and the Park's superb facilities. Holiday Home pitches are well spaced and gardens are encouraged.
